Privacy Awareness Week is an annual promotion initiated by Privacy Victoria in 2001. The week is an opportunity for government, business and individuals to promote and improve privacy awareness in their jurisdiction.

The Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals' Symposium provides an opportunity to interact with other professionals involved in consumer affairs and customer service.
